Foundations for Life Alumni Network
Foundations for Life exists to ensure that no adult who has experienced foster care has to navigate life's challenges alone. Through success coaching, education, career development, emergency assistance, mentorship, and community connections, we help foster care alumni build thriving, independent lives.
Beginning January 1, 2028, the Fundamental Foundations Alumni Network exists to ensure that no youth who has participated in our programs ages out of support.
While many services end when foster youth reach adulthood, Fundamental Foundations remains a lifelong resource, providing ongoing guidance, mentorship, advocacy, networking, and opportunities that help alumni build successful, independent, and fulfilling lives.
The Alumni Network serves as a bridge between adolescence and adulthood while creating a community where former participants can continue to learn, grow, and give back.
Alumni Network Mission
The Fundamental Foundations Alumni Network empowers former program participants by providing lifelong access to supportive relationships, educational resources, career opportunities, leadership development, and community connections that foster stability, independence, and long-term success.
Alumni Network Vision
We envision a future where every Fundamental Foundations participant enters adulthood with a strong support system, meaningful opportunities, and a lifelong community committed to their success, ensuring that no young person navigates life's challenges alone.
